Young people helping to shape our services

The Youth Support Team cares and values the voice of young people particularly in relation to the services we provide. We continually work to provide opportunities for the young people we work with to shape and inform the services we provide to help us to improve and develop those services. We do this in several ways.

Feedback Fortnight is just one of the mechanisms we use to gather feedback from young people. We run these 4 times a year and involves asking young people to complete an anonymous questionnaire during or after a meeting with one of our practitioners. The questions concentrate on the young person’s perceptions of and satisfaction with the service and support that they have received. They can complete it online or as a paper survey.

During our most recent Feedback Fortnight we received most of our responses from our NEET cohort – young people who are currently not in Education, Employment or Training. Well done our NEET team.
